2. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the site and the presentation of digitalisation and funding-application support services.
3. Nature of the service
Apoio Simples provides guidance, application preparation and solution implementation. We do not guarantee approval or funding of any application — the decision always rests with the managing authority of the grant.
4. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, brand, logo, design) belongs to Dinastia Diligente Unipessoal LDA and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
5. Limitation of liability
Site information, including the simulator, is indicative and is not a contractual commitment or a guarantee of result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, in particular for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Data protection and cookies
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law; the competent court is that of the company's registered seat, to the exclusion of any other, without prejudice to mandatory applicable rules.
