How grants work

Transparent, no fine print. There's a lot of public money for digitalisation (Portugal 2030 / PRR), but spread across calls that open in phases. We build the solution and start now; when a call opens for your case, the grant covers part of the investment and we handle the application. We don't promise approval.

01

Find

We identify the calls you qualify for and estimate the amount and rate that apply to your profile.

02

Handle

We prepare the application and paperwork with your accountant, a mandatory and eligible part.

03

Implement

We build the solution. Part of the implementation cost is eligible for the grant.

First stepVerification → Diagnosis → Execution

Audit-Readiness Verification

Before any big commitment: in 3 to 5 working days we run an independent check of your approved project and tell you, in black and white, what's missing so you don't lose the grant.

What you get

  • Current status of the project against the call's requirements (what's already compliant)
  • Gap list — exactly what's missing to be audit-proof
  • Prioritised action plan, with deadlines
  • A clear next step — what to build, in what order and with what evidence

€600 + VAT — 100% credited if you move on to the diagnosis or execution. In practice, if we work together, it's free.

The first rung of our service ladder.

How much does the grant cover?

It depends on the programme, the call and the beneficiary: rates vary — some lines reach 75% or more (e.g. social-economy entities or low-density territories), others are lower. There's no single rate nor an always-open grant. That's why we monitor the calls and confirm the rate, eligibility and whether there's an open call for your case before moving forward — and we say so honestly when there isn't.
